Terms of Service

1. Eligibility (Strict 18+ Rule)

Lattice is exclusively intended for adult entrepreneurs, angel investors, software engineers, and founders. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or pitch. Any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately.

2. User Content & Prohibited Conduct (Rule 3(1)(b) of IT Rules, 2021)

All members must strictly adhere to our Community Guidelines. You agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, or transmit any content that:

• Violates our Community Guidelines regarding harassment, hostility, or personal abuse.
• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any proprietary right.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
• Promotes crypto pump-and-dump schemes, MLM/Ponzi scams, or unauthorized financial solicitations.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Deceives or misleads about the origin of the message or impersonates another founder or entity.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India.

3. Founder Showcase & Competition Rules

• Showcase pitches, voting tallies, and monthly awards are computed transparently based on verified founder votes.
• Any attempt to game votes using automated bots, click farms, or duplicate accounts will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.
• Certificates issued are digital recognitions from the Lattice founder community and do not constitute SEBI-regulated financial credentials or investment securities.

4. Direct Messages & Chat Requests

To keep the platform free of solicitation and spam, all initial contact requires an introduction request. Harassment, unsolicited commercial spam, or abusive behavior in direct chats will lead to revocation of messaging privileges.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. If you wish to voluntarily delete your account, you can request permanent deletion anytime by writing to shubhfuseapp@gmail.com.

6. Limitation of Liability & Intermediary Status

Lattice operates as an intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Lattice does not endorse or verify claims made by startups, investment offers, or third-party VC links. Founders and investors conduct all due diligence at their own risk.
